To check appointment availability, please call (512) 637-9090, extension 103 or extension 105. 

We are accepting new patients on a limited basis.

For people who will be new to our practice, we only begin scheduling new patient evaluations on the first business day of the month.  The person who wants to be seen should give us a call that morning. 

Our receptionists will take calls on a first come-first served basis to record patient information and offer times for available appointments during the next 4 weeks. 

Unfortunately, not everyone who calls to be seen as a new patient will be able to be scheduled that month due large demand and limited availability. 

Once an established patient, calls for return appointments can be made throughout the month during normal business hours.

Appointment requests made directly to the clinicians will lead to a significant delay in their potential fulfillment.
